KING - Silversonic Long Cornet
Purchased used from America approx 6 years ago.
Age of manufacture is approx 1965.
Condition:
- No dings, silver and sterling silver bell are perfect with the main body gold lacquer showing very moderate wear.
- All slides move freely and compression and valves are excellent
Sound:
- H N White started producing sterling silver bells from 1928 and stated it produces a better tone
being clearer, richer and more resonant with a more pleasing quality and is impossible to over blow these instruments.
- The tuning slide has micro tuning with the fine threaded adjustment and length of
tubing.
- It can also be tuned to concert A.
