1) How do I order items?

There are a few ways to order:
Call us over the phone:
Please be ready with your contact details, shipping address, product codes on the items you wish to order plus a pen and paper. Our contact details are on the Contact Page above or click here

Download the online order form and submit it via the website:
The How to Order section details how this process works - click on the link to the right of your screen or click here to be taken to the page

Send us your request via the contact page:
If the Order form is a little complicated just submit your request via the contact us page and we can get back to you with the details. Please include both your email address and phone number if doing this.

2) How can I pay for items?
This information is detailed on the How to Order page
We accept - Direct Bank Deposit, Cheques & Paypal (we can also accept credit cards via paypal)
Should you wish to pay via credit card please submit your order with an email and we can email you a payment request via paypal. (you do not even have to be a member of paypal to use this)


3) What shipping methods do you use?
We will be using NZ Couriers & PBT Couriers for most of our items.
Some items will be sent out using the NZ Post system. Purchasers can decide which system to use as you will pre-pay postage costs prior to shipping.


4) You don't have what I want in stock can you get it?
We are happy to hear any requests you may have. If you would like us to source products we would be happy to try. Please email us with a description and quantity that you would like to order and we will make the enquires and come back to you with a price prior to placing an order.


5) Can I return an item?

Items can be returned within seven days if you are unhappy with your new product.
There is a 10% restocking fee on these items.
Any goods, plus packaging must be in as new condition.

6) Why don't you use an automated shopping cart?
As we are a starting business you can appreciate that time and money goes into creating such complicated features. The shopping cart feature is planned for a future upgrade of this website.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the interim.

7) Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to ship products around New Zealand & Australia.
Other international shipments will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Some agreements we have entered into with suppliers may only allow us to supply these areas (NZ & Aust)  out of respect for existing retailer agreements.
Please understand if we deny shipping  to your area this may be the case.

We do welcome any enquires.


8) My item arrived damaged or not what I expected who do I contact?

Products are carefully hand packed and sent off to your address. If products arrive damaged from shipping please contact the carrier companies - they are insured for mishandling etc. This is your first point of contact.
For any other concerns please drop us an email or call.

9) Do you offer product trial periods?

On a case-by-case basis we may be able to work out an option for you.

Mouthpiece Trials:
We can send you any mouthpiece - up to a maximum of 3 mouthpieces at any one time.

Here's the terms and conditions:
1) You are need to pay for all items in full before we ship them out for trials
2) You will be responsible for any Paypal or bank fees incurred & postage costs
3) Items must be returned to us within 7 working days in the same condition as they left.
4) Refunds will be issued once the mouthpieces are back in our possession and we are satisfied with the condition.

This is a great way to trial some mouthpieces without having to purchase them all, and you can trial them at your home, school, orchestra on your terms in real playing conditions.

If you are in the Tauranga area and want to trial an instrument or mouthpiece contact us and we can arrange a visit.

10) I play another Brass Instrument. Can I order through you?
Yes!
We welcome enquires from all Brass players. As we specialize in trumpet goods we will mostly only stock trumpet gear - but we are happy to bring in items for you with our other shipments.
